• This unique handmade product is "made to order" and may take up to 3 days to build and process. If painting or finishing is required, 2 additional days may be needed for proper curing and drying.
• We offer free shipping in the Lower Mainland on any orders over $125
• Orders less than $125 or outside the Lower Mainland are shipped via Canada Post and may take up to 3-5 business days to reach your destination.
• We provide delivery tracking on orders shipped within North America – unless a cheaper delivery option is selected by customer.
• We cannot accept returns or refunds on personalized items, unless we made the error.
